It seems like the new craze happens to be “Time of the Month” Boxes. However, Juniper, not only provides those supplies needed, but also throws in tons of snacks and cute personal items too! Juniper advertises itself as “a monthly care package service thoughtfully put together and sent to you before your period starts. The package includes a customized pack of tampons, and gourmet treats for you to indulge. Say goodbye to those last minute panic shopping sprees.” And I have to agree! With perfect timing, my box arrived a few days ago, simply packaged on the outside in a subtle white box, but then bam! The inside was all wrapped up and perfectly laid out.
Right on top of everything was Lynn’s Letter, a cute personalized card that explains her thinking and has some information about the brands included. She jokes about how what she really wanted to include in her “Summertime & the Living’s Easy…” June Box was Jose Cuervo and Ryan Gosling (if only!) and then, if you flip the card over, it lists the included items.
Obviously, I dug right into the Brownie Bliss by The Inspired Cookie before anything else. This perfectly thick, moist dense brownie completely hit the spot and made me question my own recipe for brownies. Plus, it’s gluten, egg, dairy and wheat free, so almost anyone could have it. Noticing small details like this definitely helps now that so many people have gluten allergies or have gone egg/dairy free.
The J&M Key Lime Cookies were the perfect mix to satisfy my sweet tooth while also trying something new. Something a little bit different from chocolate, which was nice.
I was so excited when I saw these dried fruits by Nibnaks! I loooove dried fruit, and when I saw in some other bloggers boxes that they recieved dried cherries, you could tell I was jealous. This blend is even better though- as mango and pineapple are two of my favorite fruits. 🙂
Next up was Pukka brand tea bags and cute individual honey sticks! The Pukka tea comes in Morning Time, Detox and Harmonise, a little bit of everything depending on your mood. The GloryBee Honey sticks came in two different flavors as well, a nice change from basic honey.
As a nice, unexpected twist, I pulled out this round soap by Calolea- a “California Extra Virgin Olive Oil” soap that’s supposed to be great for your complexion!
Here’s a view of everything! A perfect mix of time of the month supplies, sweets and treats, along with some personal items like a complexion soap and midol! And of course, there was an ENTIRE box supply of tampons, which is what the box is originally focused around. You can choose whatever brand you prefer, from Tampax to Playtex and more. Plus, If you need midol or pads/liners, you just have to mark it off when signing up and she will also include those items based on your needs.
If you’re interested in signing up, Juniper is only $28 per month and she can work with your schedule (whether you need a box on the earlier or later side of the month). Sign up here at GetJuniper.com! I can’t wait to see what’s in next months box. 🙂
*I received this complimentary box for reviewing purposes, however my thoughts and comments are all my own.*
