Here’s the first view! The packaging is cute but not overwhelming, a mix of pink and white tissue paper and some of the “squiggly” packing bits in a themed brown box.

The information “card” is a simple printout with images and details about all of the products included. It’s cute that she rolled it up and wrapped it in ribbon, but a tad hard to get a picture of.

The first item is this Herbaria Soap Bar in French Lavender (~$6 value). While I’m not a big fan of the scent, my boyfriend is a soap aficionado and eagerly took and used it. I really like the packaging

Next is a Herbaria Caracalla Moisturizing Bath Bomb with Essential Oils (~$5 value). It smelled fresh, minty and like just what you need at the end of a long day. I can’t wait to run a bath, melt this bath bomb and just let me worries fade away.

Forget those squishy loofahs you buy at a home decor or drug store, this Sea Loofah is the real thing! This real, dried, from the sea loofah is definitely cool, but very scratchy and hard. I like it more for the concept (this box has a natural/ocean vibe) however I think it’s too rough and tough to actually use.

Next we have Mungo Murphy’s Sea-Bag (~$5 value), which is a sachet filled with dried and ground Laminaria Digitata from the wild Atlantic waters of Connemara. In easier terms, it’s a seaweed blend that is supposed to be used in the bath to treat skin imperfections, stimulate blood circulation, reduce the appearance of cellulite, detoxify the body, soften stiff muscles, and possibly even improve thyroid health. This is a unique product, but I know seaweed has some amazing benefits, so I can’t wait to test it out.

The final product is a With Love From Angela Beeswax Lotion Bar. This special edition item is an all natural beeswax-based lotion bar that contains 100% pure beeswax, coconut oil and cocoa butter.came in a cute metal tin,  I was surprised that she makes her own items and definitely open to trying them. I’m a big fan of lotion bars!

All in all, I was happy with the variety of items that came in my first With Love From Angela box. While the lavender soap was a bit of a “miss” for me and the loofah a bit rough, I really liked the bath bomb and the homemade beeswax lotion bar! This doesn’t seem to be a value box, where you get “double the value of what you pay for,” but rather a box that allows you to sample well-made, quality and unique products. I would definitely try it out again and am curious what the next few months hold! I’ve always wanted a LUSH subscription box, and this seems like a good alternative!
