I love Fall, really, I do. Sure, I love the Summer for the sun, warmth, beach days, vacations and sundresses, but the Fall brings amazing things as well on a totally different level… Think cool pumpkin beers, spiced scones, hot apple cider, fresh-baked pies, light canvas coats, black leather jackets, ankle boots, skinny jeans, and of course, a favorite, scarves. With the weather changing and starting to get a bit more breezy, I notice myself enjoying the last few weeks of mini skirts and sandals, and am shopping for warmer clothing for the upcoming months. September is a tough one though- that month of transition, where one day can be blazingly hot, and the next drops 15 degrees. The only way to deal with that is with layers- tossing on a chic fitted striped dress with a pair of strappy black heels, with a sleek leather jacket in tow as the day goes on and the temperature drops. Pair it with a simple, structured beige handbag and  let your lipstick really pop with a bold red. Not into bright makeup? Switch it up and carry a colored handbag or wear bright blue heels and rock a nude lip instead. Regardless, this is a look that won’t be going out of style anytime soon, and can work from now until the chills of Winter arrive.
