Coed Supply ~ May

image

I have loved my past Co-Ed Supply Boxes (see here) and so I couldn’t wait to open up this #BigOrangeBox and see what was inside! They’re usually packed with a variety of college-friendly items including health and beauty, snacks and dorm decor.

Here’s a first look.. it’s packed to the brim!

This month’s theme was “Refresh and Recharge”.. basically May is the end of the Spring semester, so this provides everything needed to fuel through finals, get awesome grades and then party til graduation (or when you have to move back home)!

First up, we have HornieCorn Popcorn (single pack), which is a seasoned microwave popcorn! Instead of the typical butter or kettle corn flavor, it is a hot and spicy blend, seasoned with olive oil, black pepper, onion, paprika, garlic salt, celery seed, basil, marjoram, oregano, sage, thyme, parsley, cayenne pepper, coriander, cumin, mustard, rosemary, garlic, dried veggies and lemon… that is a serious amount of spice and flavor. It’s as if they just poured everything from their spice drawer in!

Last month, they included two bags of these snacks by The Daily Crave, and apparently they were such a hit (or they had leftovers, who knows!) that they included the Veggie Sticks again in this months box. I absolutely loved them so no complaints here, although I do like seeing a variety of products and brands.

Next, we have NoTatoes Cassava Tortilla Chips. Made with cassava instead of potatoes, They started with cassava flour, and blend in ground corn masa, sunflower oil and seasonings! They are all-natural, gluten-free, non-GMO and kosher!

Already a favorite in my book, these Snack Factory Pretzel Crisps are the bomb. I usually buy this brand or the Trader Joe’s variety in flavors like original, salted, garlic and everything, and dip them into guacamole, hummus, and more!

Peak Energy is a caffeine and d-ribose supplement to help keep you moving all day long. Each pill is equivalent to a cup of coffee, which is helpful if you’re in the library studying or far from a coffee shop.

This mini bottle of Wash With Joe is a coffee-mint flavored invigorating body wash. While I wish it was larger, it did have a nice scent and is a good body wash for showing the morning before work to get you awake and moving.

Postagram is a company that lets you take pictures from your Instagram account and turn them into postcards to send your friends! This voucher lets you create 5 of them for no charge!

This cute package is actually a set of Moustache Magnets. They seem to love moustache-designed and shaped things at Co-Ed Supply, and I can use these on my fridge to hold onto important notes, invitations or event for pictures.

Here’s the entire May Co-Ed Supply Box! I really liked the variety of snacks included, from spicy popcorn and potato-free chips to veggie sticks and pretzel crisps. Also, the coffee-mint scented bodywash and peak energy were nice caffeine-influenced items. I will eventually use the Postagram voucher and may either use or gift the Moustache Magnets. All in all, I would have liked to see one or two less foodie items and in place a larger beauty product, but this definitely was a great box.
