I apologize in advance for any slightly blurry pictures… they were taken post pre-workout and so I was a bit jittery! Anyway, my little black September JackedPack arrived and of course I was excited…
First look: Their info card always changes its theme/focus with a different quote or person each month. This one is “Push,” with a quote and image of Muhammad Ali, the great boxer. Inside, it included information on all of the samples, as well as a discount promo code for $10 off your first pack! Just used JACKED10 at check-out.
Now, onto the products…
First is MusclePharm (yay!) Amino1, which is a recovery and amino acid formula. You can take it daily, for your dose of aminos, or use after a workout to help refresh your muscles and body.
The second item is Turbo, a pre-workout formula, which is supposed to give you a boost of energy and stamina to help pump up your workout. I haven’t yet tested it, but plan to, as I’m in the search of the best pre-workout formula for my body.
Dexamine is a product created by Giant Sports, a stimulant diet pill. Like any ‘diet pill’ that claims to help you lose 4 sizes or 40 lbs, I’m a bit skeptical. I read into it and noticed it does contain caffeine and a variety of plants, so I have a feeling jitters may occur, however, I will give it a try and see if it has any side effects, curbs cravings and does in fact wittle down my waist.
RSP Re-Gen is an endurance and recovery promoting formula. It’s supposed to help support endurance, build muscle, burn fat and aid in overall recovery.
I’m not going to lie- I laughed at this name “Ripped Juice EX2” and then read more about it. It’s a fat metabolizer and thermogenic, that you’re supposed to consume with meals each day. I take a similar product by MusclePharm and so I’m intrigued to try it out.
Next up is Jack3d Advanced Formula, which I actually have tried before! K used to buy a Jack3d Pre-Workout Formula that he would use all the time. It combines caffeine, creatine, nitrates and aminos to help pump up your workout.
Next to that is MuscleTech Anabolic Halo- an All-In-One Lean Muscle Protein Powder Shake. Thankfully it came in chocolate! I feel like you can’t go wrong with some variation of chocolate, however vanillas, fruity and neutral powders can be pretty rough.
Here’s the whole JackedPack September box! It was a good mix of thermogenics, pre-workouts, post-workouts, protein and aminos. I’d have to say half of the brands were new to me, which most I am excited to try. In general, I’m a bit skeptical with new weight loss/diet pills and thermogenics, however I’d say this was a good box with variety and quality brands.
